Commercial and fine art photography are equals in my mind. Both are of unending interest. In my studio work, photographs are created, not merely a moment captured. I prefer to work with large format view cameras for architecture, my fine art and high end product shots. Digital photography is used for portraiture, experimental and other commercial work. I am proficent in advanced studio lighting techniques which I use appropriately for each subject. For me it's all about concept- using color, texture, lighting and care to tell a story - be it for a product or an image that is fun for the mind.
